PS3 ideas

A few questions that have been floating in my mind about the ps3:

Is it too ahead of our time that no one wants it?

When will it drop dramatically in price like the x-box 360 did?

What game ideas would you like to see for the ps3?

I don't think it's ahead of it's time. It just had a late start, and was released at an extremely high price point. On top of that, there are few good titles for the PS3, that you can't find on other systems. The PS3 to me is pretty much a BluRay player with the ability to play games. The 360 on the other hand is a game console with the ability to play media. The Wii can't really be considered in this debate since it's in a class of it's own.
